Win the customer / Client SMS

Every text knows which car it's about.

Text customers from Torqy, not a personal phone. Automated texts carry the right link at the right step, and two-way threads stay on the job where the whole counter can see them.

Two separate conversations

Customers in one thread. The shop in another.

Client SMS is for the customer. Team chat is for the shop. Both carry the service order, so nobody has to explain which car they mean.

Questions

Client SMS, answered.

Do writers text from their own phones?

No. Texts go out from Torqy, so the conversation stays with the shop and the job.

Can customers reply?

Yes. Client SMS is two-way, and replies land in the customer's thread.

What can writers send?

Messages, photos, and canned replies for status, scheduling, estimates, pickup, and follow-up that fill in the service order details for you.

What if a customer opts out?

STOP and START are handled automatically, and the thread shows when messaging is disabled.

Is this the same as team chat?

No. Client SMS is with the customer. Team chat is for writers and techs. They stay separate.
